Heavenly Father,
ReplyDeleteLet us be loyal beyond mere appearances.
Let us be loyal all the way down to the thoughts and the intent of our heart.
Help us refuse to think any thought that doesn't build up or encourage the person it thinks upon.
May the intent of our hearts - before the thought is ever birthed - be "true," as our Father in heaven is "true" - and desire the things for them, which our beloved Jesus desires for us - goodness, purity, life and light.

Where there is sickness - let Your healing flow. Where there is hurt - bring comfort. Where spirits are low - gently encourage. Where there is brokenness - help us pick up the pieces. Where there are financial burdens - please bring provision. Where there is pain - grant relief. Where there is need - unleash supply. Where there is much difficulty and hardship - give reprieve and respite. Where there is frustration - remove every hinderance. Where there are those who feel unappreciated and unnoticed - bring appreciation and recognition. Where there are anxious thoughts and fear - replace them with truth, love and a sound mind. Where there is unforgiveness - bring us to forgiveness. Where there is anger - defuse it. Where there is a struggle "just to keep up" - increase our stamina and the patience of others. Where there is unrighteousness - bring honor and morality. Where there is greed - grow us through "giving." Where there is pride - remind us what humility looks like. Where there is doubt - increase our belief. Where there is loneliness - send us company. Where there is sorrow and loss - please be our "joy that comes in the morning." Where there is confusion - lead us to Your wisdom. Where there is a lack of direction - guide us and show the way. Where there is exhaustion - render us a double portion of You. Where there is selfishness - force us to "die" to ourselves. Where there is envy - remind us of our value to You. Where there is deception - uncover and reveal the truth. Where there is darkness - shine Your light. Where there is temptation - remove it. Where there are any uncovered places - guard us. Where there is lawlessness...bring justice. When our faith is tested - may we have endurance and a heavenly perspective. Where there is sin...have mercy, forgive, cleanse and purify us. Where there is bondage - break us free and deliver us in Christ.
As we delight ourselves in You LORD, may we be given the desires of our heart (Psalm 37:4) Thank you Father for all of Your goodness. We praise You and restate what continues to be on many hearts, for "Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to Your name be the glory..."(Psalm 115:1)
